WHAT TO EXPECT AT SAUNA

At The Sauna Guys, our classes are inspired by the traditional Nordic sauna experience. The class structure is simple, you will enjoy three rounds of contrast therapy spending min in the ° sauna, then we rinse off before plunging into the ° adj tubs for min.

How it works: 

  1. Buy a class. 

  2. Sign up for the day + time you desire to come in using the class credit you purchased. 

  3. Read here on how to prepare. 

  4. Arrive 10 minutes early to get settled and check in with your Class Leader!

    Our ALL MALE Clothing Optional mini resort sits on about two acres of land, including a running stream (curiosity creek) with a bridge (Puente), lovely wooded area with nature trails.  Our two homes have 7 accommodations of various sizes with private baths as well as a personal studio apartment above garage and beautiful modern 35ft camper.  We also offer our beautiful personal swimming pool, 3 hot tubs, private massage room, equipped labor out room for our guests enjoyment.  The pool, outdoor areas and homes are all clothing optional and all MALE.  For everyone's security ONLY registered guest are allowed in all guesthouse accomidations.

    This unassuming city in Florida makes the perfect gay vacation spot. Tampa truly has a fun and exciting vibe thanks to the large population of students in town attending the city's famous University.

    We loved Tampa. You can perceive a buzz in the gas as you jog on down the Tampa Riverwalk – helped by the awesome day we'd spent on the rides at the Busch Gardens amusement park. We found the city to be open-minded, tolerant and super diverse. Most importantly, it felt very gay friendly.

    Tampa was one of our stopovers during our big road trip around Florida. The city offers so much for LGBTQ travellers, least of all the exciting Busch Gardens (Universal's unofficial younger sister!) and the GaYbor gay scene in Ybor City. We had a blast here and would certainly return for more!
